1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Assets And Marketing International SL, trading as Choices Construction Andalucia ("the Company"). By engaging the Company's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.​

2. Definitions

  • Client: Any individual or entity that engages the services of the Company.

  • Services: All construction, financing, consultancy, and related services provided by the Company.

  • Agreement: Any contract or agreement between the Company and the Client concerning the provision of Services.

  • Site: The location where construction services are to be performed.

3. Services Provided

The Company offers a range of construction and financing services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial construction

  • Renovation and remodeling

  • Project management

  • Financing solutions for construction projects

  • Consultancy services

The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the Agreement between the Company and the Client.

 

4. Quotations and Payments

4.1 Quotations

  • All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

  • Quotations are based on the information provided by the Client and are subject to change if the scope of work changes.

4.2 Payments

  • Payments for services rendered are to be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the Agreement.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the Agreement.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made as agreed.

 5. Project Timelines

  • The Company will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. However, the Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or changes in regulations.

 6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate and complete information to the Company to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of the Services.

  • The Client must ensure that the Site is accessible and prepared for the commencement of work.

  • The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the construction project.

 

 7. Warranties and Liability

7.1 Warranties

  • The Company warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the relevant industry standards.

7.2 Liability

  • The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the performance of its services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client for those services.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination will be subject to the terms outlined in the Agreement.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.

 9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Almería, Spain.

 10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will apply to all services provided thereafter.
